We are new puppy owners and have had a fantastic experience so far at Voo in Balham. From the initial communications with the friendly reception team to register and provided lots of information we found vet super helpful. The vet also listened and answered our many questions which was great and took the time to explain everything also. We definitely would recommend Voo and think it’s great to have a vet in our local high street.

Love Voo Vets in Balham. Molly on reception is so lovely and helpful. And our vet Rob is very kind and patient, answering all our questions as first time dog parents, and has been super gentle with our little puppy. Definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with the service I have experienced a Voo Vet Balham . Robert is a wonderful, caring vet and I couldn’t he happier with the way he been looking after my Girl. The front desk they all very welcoming , friendly and super helpful. I have been with Voo vet and previous owners for over 25 years and this is reminder why I still and highly recommend voo vets . 10/10

I just brought in my English Lab. I was impressed how thorough Vet Rob was with his diagnosis. Unbeknownst to me he had a ear infection. Vet Rob explained the treatment plan and put him on a great course. The staff is lovely and the setting very modern and clean.

I went in to the Balham practice on their open day and was impressed. I know they did struggle with the logistics of opening full time but that seems to be sorted now, so I took my new dog in for a health check and was very pleased. Rob was great with him, thoughtfully discussed my couple of concerns, and we made a conservative plan of action. Test results came back reasonably quickly, and antibiotics were dispensed without needing another appointment. So far, so good! I loved my previous vet of over a decade, but logistics and a corporate restructuring have made that practice less attractive. I will be continuing with VooVets Balham.
