The Urban Vet

This vet is such a superb practice! so much that my pup always pulls me in! He has always been taken care of and what I love is that they are in no rush to just give you whatever treatment, even if that would be better for them! Before I got my pup neutered, they referred me to a dog behaviourist as he had been attacked before and started being a bit scared of other dogs! My pup is so healthy since started going there!

Super nice staff, felt reassured and informed after my dog’s visit. Such a lovely and relaxed environment making us both feel calm about it all!

I have been attending this practice for the last three years and visit quite often as my cat has a long-term condition. Paul, along with every single member of the team I’ve met over the years, has always been caring, supportive, approachable and professional. Their kindness and dedication have not only made a real difference to Lupe’s wellbeing, but also to my experience as a first-time, often-overthinking cat owner. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

I can't tell you how fortunate I feel that I found Urban vets in Earlsfield when it was suspected my working cocker had eaten a corn husk. She had never been to this vets before and hated going to my last one but although she had 2 xrays and major surgery she always went in with a wagging tail. Laura who looked after her was calm, kind and confident and Paul today when I went for her first check up was great. The surgery does have a calm feel to it and I like that you know which vet you will be seeing. Reception were great too. Thank you too you all. If there was just one thing:I wish there was a way where details of her treatment could be somehow available to the out of hours vets. Maybe in a similar way as the nhs where the computer notes can be accessed by other surgeries.

Best vet clinic in London. My dog is always so well treated, we did follow Paul because he is incredible and great professional. However, from reception, nurses and other vets we only received the best service.

The team at Urban Vet are absolutely wonderful. My dog Franco basically loves going to the vet as much as he does going to the park now! Everyone - from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists - is incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. We've been working through Franco's allergies for months, and they've been with us every step of the way. A special shoutout to Paul, Franco's primary vet, who is one of the kindest, most competent, and passionate vets I've ever met. I really appreciate how he always takes the time to explain the science, pros and cons, and ethical considerations behind every option, so we always feel fully informed and confident in our decisions. Overall, I couldn't imagine being in better hands. Urban Vet is truly exceptional - I'd recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about both pets and people.

We went to Urban Vets since getting out little Labrador pup and they are super welcoming and accommodating. The team there looked after my pup amazingly and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. We moved slightly further from the practice and so now attend a practice within walking distance but it was a tough decision and if the new place doesn’t workout we will make the trip back as the quality of care at Urban Vets is amazing.
