We finally took our Shiba for a preventive check-up at the newly opened Creature Comforts Putney, and I genuinely want to recommend this place! Everything was super professional, and our dog — who usually gets stressed out everywhere — felt completely at ease. The staff treated her so gently and kindly, showered her with treats, and the vet answered all our questions in detail (even the silly ones 😁), giving only truly useful recommendations — no unnecessary extras. We also completed her vaccination course there, and everything went perfectly. They even sent us home with some treats, a ball, and a cute bandana for our pup 🐾 Special thanks to Dr. Emma and Dr. Eleonore for their professionalism and kindness, and to everyone involved in creating such a warm, caring atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

What an absolute stellar service I received (have always received) but particularly yesterday and today. In my infinite wisdom, I decided to add to my cat family of two with my two year old Ragdoll Willow’s litter sister. A serendipitous moment presented itself, what are the odds of owning another girl from the same litter!!. Blinded with excitement and enthusiasm, I was completely remiss about adhering to the golden rules of kitty kingdom and I really should have known better, it was a long journey to friendship with my 6 year old domestic Missy and Little Willow (she’s small for a Raggie, the runt, bullied and hand fed). Well that should have been enough to prepare me. Enter beautiful Myla, never shared with other kitties, lived with her lovely owners Tom and Enya from leaving a fantastic breeder called Sacha (Dollsacha) in Bolton (where I acquired Wills as a 1 year old). Leeds to London is a long journey and arduous after the quiet life she’s lead. To then bring her into a home with two other female kitties, add me with my worry wart AuDHD persona and as you can imagine, she was utterly overwhelmed and stressed. I had prepared a room to integrate slowly, but as I was settling her in Willow slipped through a tiny crack in the door and oh my Gosh Myla being scared and twice the size of her sister went full on postal kitty she devil. Willow was unharmed as I intervened but the guilt for stupidly not being prepared for the obvious was quite traumatising and many tears were shed. I’d booked an appointment at CC’s for Myla’s first health check the following day and I really did not think I’d get her in the carrier, so you can imagine the absolute state of my mental health on arrival. I felt like bursting into tears the moment I arrived. But Imre (apologies if not spelled correctly) was incredible with both of us. He was so gentle with Myla and she relaxed with both of us. He then took the time to chat with me about the kitty complexities and although aware, it was such a relief to be told all will be well and given much needed reassurance. This morning I took Willow to see the very excellent registered Veterinary nurse Abigail to administer her wormer/ flea/tick tablets. I did not feel confident enough to do it the first time as I have always used pipettes. Again, the level of care, concern and kindness shown to both of us was phenomenal, so much so that I brought Missy and Myla (yes I got her in the carrier again miraculously 😂) to have theirs administered too. I spent a good couple of hours at Creature Comforts today, they even have plant milk for coffee 😂😉. Vets Emma and Eleonora, who saw Wills a week ago…superb. I almost felt like I’d been in a therapy session as I felt I had considered my own excitement and happiness in finding Wills her long lost sister and not that of my beautiful, complex and delicate natured felines. I could not bear it if one of them was unhappy. Patience is not a virtue bestowed upon me so thank you to the whole team at Creature Comforts Putney. Thank you Stacey for being so sweet and Hana for looking after us too. I am unable to find enough words of praise for the team and how incredibly grateful I am to them for making me realise I hadn’t made a terrible and selfish mistake. Love to you all. ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can’t stress enough how night & day this vet experience is compared to our previous. Archie actually looks forward to seeing his vet Raquel! The fact we can pop by to say hi and get treats when he is well and healthy makes him perceive the space in a completely different way. Previously, just going to the “bus stop to the vets” was enough to trigger the poor thing and now he gladly walks into the practice! Everyone’s been absolutely wonderful looking after Archie and I’m so grateful. Would never go back to a “regular” vet if I can avoid. Look at his little face! 🐶🐾

We had such a wonderful experience here. Our girl dog can be very nervous and reactive, and we’ve often felt judged in the past — but not this time. We came in because she was having an allergic reaction, and the whole team made us feel heard, respected, and completely supported. They took the time to understand her needs, treated her with kindness and patience, and guided us through every step without pressure. The beautifully decorated environment was an added bonus, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for both us and our dog. We left feeling hopeful and grateful!
